  • me too. friends are awesome for encouragement.i have 20 more to loose. It is easy to get discouraged. Drinking 64 oz water has been hard to do. 3 weeks of logging my calories!! Walking 2 miles per day in my hilly neighborhood. Down 10 lbs in 15 days. 20 more to go!!!
  • loved the ideas posted. I have been doing 2 eggs and 2 turkey bacon with fruit. The egg whites sound like a good idea. I had never heard of the oats in Greek yogurt, I may try that when we go camping.
