I was wondering... starting which week do you start seeing some results... I'm on WK3 but no major difference yet... Also, for LISS, im just walking from and to work... would that be enough or do I have to do something else?

Hi Just to be clear... I'm eating about 1200~1500 calories a day. Drinking lots of water, I snack fruits and veggies as well as some nuts. I'm taking the shakes breakfast & dinner.
