She is a new employee and has only been here maybe a month so i feel uncomfortable asking her. Although i probably shouldnt since she brings in a ziplock bag of them every morning and throws them to me and says take some. lol

8 rold gold cheddar pretzels (a co-worker gave me) i have been unable to find these amazing yummy things. apparently she gets them at the navy commissary and has yet to figure out how i would love her forever if she could buy me a bag.

Weighing every day worked great for me for the first five months. As I always saw a decrease. The last 2 monhts however have been a different story. Stuck at the same weight for three weeks. I have the fitbit flex and this is MY opinion only, but the only thing I think it is good for is waking me up beautifully each morning. And I would purchase it again, simply for that reason. But i really love my polar ft7 for workouts. I love that thing.

i work next to a puma warehouse. and three times a year they have a parking lot blowout sale. i think i got my sweats there last time for $10.00 all their shirts were $5.00 and all their shoes were $20.00.

i've lost 65 out of 125 so far i do not see any excess skin. i imagine there will be more than plenty when i reach my goal. For me, I'm worried about it but not all that much. My arms, like you said, i would love to not look like saggy batwings. So i pray alot. While moisturing. While jumping on one foot. hahaha jk.

its not gonna work by itself. you have to do most of the work. but following its suggestions, it is everything i need it to be.

i turn it down easily. unless i really want it and its worth my calories and if so i eat it.

the metRX chocolate chip cookie dough was horrible to me. in fact i can not eat any other protein bar besides the quest bars. i cant do the textures of the others.

Go to GNC instead of Wal Mart. Buy Quest Bars. Eat Quest Bar. Be happy.
