absolutely. i have a closet full of brand new clothes (mainly shirts) in all different sizes. its always a good feeling to wake up and pop tags off a brand new item that didnt fit when you got it.

Yes and Yes. I had a physical done On October 31st. 3 months into my diet and my cholesterol had dropped from 200 to 143. almost healthy range. now after 3 more months, Im sure it is even lower. My ex never had an issue with my weight. But because of the simple fact she is now my EX, I can’t wait for her to see the new and improved me. So I’m doing this for myself. But there is that secret motivating factor out there.

omg have this every night. salt and pepper. and maybe a little butter. and maybe a little parm cheese. seriously almost every night. im not sick of it yet. have yet to try it with spaghetti sauce. maybe someday.

^^ thank you for that. I bought me a box online yesterday. Then couldnt wait to try it so went to GNC after work and bought a couple. LETS JUST SAY THE COOKIES AND CREAM is amazing. and I like it better than my favorite Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough. Glad I have a box coming.

best thing i ever did was join a gym on november 1st 2013. i had alerady lost 43 pounds i weighed 235 nad i was so scared to join. i almost had a panic attack in the parking lot. but after that first day of nerves. IT WAS AWESOME AND I LOVE THE GYM. you will too.

I pretty much only use mine for the alarm clock feature. And id buy it all over again just for that feature. Try it, it might be the best 99.00 alarm clock you ever had.

First off the word diet does suck. So if you change your mindset and think of this as a lifestyle change, I'm guessing it wouldn't suck so much. Personally, I am not on a diet. I know this old and I'm sorry you were/are so depressed. I have the SAME body type. No butt, Skinny legs and thighs and ALL STOMACH AND BREASTS. i cant even wear jeans because of the body I have.
