You dont have to starve or do 5:2 to lose weight. I have always been fat. but then something clicked and i decided i would love myself enough to take care of myself. When that clicks for you, you'll get it. until then You most definitely will not.

i usually find myself most hungry the couple days before im bout to start. so then i know exactly when im going to start. lol. but usually my weight is not affected. lucky me.

i started at 278 my calories have always been 1400. the first three months only exercise i did was walk. i lost just fine. i dont know if that helps or not. lol.

on the weekends when i can workout in the morning. i do so before eating. then come home shower and eat. on the weekdays when i work out after work, i figured out i work out a lot longer if i go home and eat first THEN go to the gym. At 5'4"-5'5" I set my goal at 153-178 when I started. Now I'm leaning more towards 153.

Surprisingly body fortress chocolate from Wal-Mart tastes good no after taste. I also have and like muscle milk Graham Cracker but there's not much protein in it and kinda has an after taste but it tastes great drinking it.
