You should probably see this as a lifestyle change and not as a diet. Because as you see, once you get off your DIET you are gaining the weight back. ive lost 68 so far with no loose skin. i have 57 more till go. i expect some. but as the weight loss slows it gives time to your skin and i work out every day, so im not even worried about it.

i am the exact same way. until last week my lunch was at 10:15 by 10:00 i was starving or even 9:45 lol. well now they have changed it to 11:15 and let me tell you its been awful. im snacking somewhere around 9:30 but still never quiet "not hungry" until after lunch. it ****ing sucks. i prefer to do my snacking at night…

i have to make sure im eating right EVERY MEAL. i want results and I plan accordingly for them. I also do bring salad stuff to make to work and cut up and all that. I make bomb *kitten* salads too.
