Walk for an hour. No really. It doesn't have to be an hour and it doesn't have to be 300 calories. I lost the first 43 pounds watching my calories and walking between twenty and forty mins a day. Every day.

Oooh my weight watchers scale doesn't do that. I need to look for a new scale I guess. That breakdown is pretty cool. Sorry I have no answer for your question though.

Mr hrm is actually usually about 40-60 calories behind what the machine reads that I've burned. Hrm = most accurate guesstimate.

pure vanity. i wanted to look better. i wanted to be able to have much more options in clothing. i wanted to be able to dress in the style that i wanted to. not be forced to wear the only thing i can find in my size. i still have a ways to go but let me tell you, shopping is so much fun now. i want to be sexy and fine. LOL.

please dont be so harsh on yourself. you will NEED to love yourself in order to change. NOT HATE YOURSELF. You can do it. Baby Steps. Follow the recommended calorie intake on here and if you can go for little walks. You will soon be able to increase those walks and you will see the weight is just falling off you. Good luck…

You dont need to lose weight semifast. Just keep moving your body and it will happen. Your routine sounds fine. As long as your diet is in check. You're golden.
