I also have a pear shape! I am working on trying to love it and deal with it. I have realized that even if you get super skinny (and unhealthy) the booty will still be there. Best way is to build up your upper body and even it out I guess. No fun trying to find a good pair of pants but we have to embrace those curves!

I am interested in doing a spartan race in August and from what I have heard you need to become very used to Burpees! Also spartan has WODs that you can get emailed every day. Good luck!

Thanks for the YouTube suggestions! Yes it is my right leg and I usually cross my right leg over the left. I guess that could be part of the problem!
