Just finished Day 10 Plyo Cardio Circuit. It's definitely getting easier than the first time around but I am exhausted!!!!! But biggest accomplishment is committing to work out on a Saturday. Usually I only work out Mon - Fri so happy I hot my first weekend workout in.

Just finished day 8 - Cardio Power and resistance. Everything is sore but I'm feeling stronger. Trying to follow the meal plan as well this week hoping it will help my results.

Just completed day 4. I had to stop over the weekend because I had all of my wisdom teeth removed on friday. I had a good workout but since I already skipped a couple of days I don't know if I'm going to do the recovery tomorrow. I may just skip to the cardio one since I am already behind.
