Hi, I am excited to be back. I completed this challenge in August, but only made it halfway through September. I didn't do it in October, but I am happy to be back. Caradee, I like your idea of making your calorie goal higher for a day once a week or so.....Never really though about it but I think it will be very helpful…

September 16th Monday Stayed within calorie budget? No Exercised for 20+ minutes? No Tracked everything? Yes I didn't make it! I had a stressfull day! I was tired and needed chocolate. Went over my calorie goal and didn't have energy to work out, first time in 58 days Good Luck to all of you!!!
