They are EVERYWHERE on every social site. There is a reason they call them trolls! Are you not surprised? :noway: That is where your own judgement and the block button come into play. If someone is real creepy, crossing over into the inappropriate category that is when you copy, paste, and save what has been said and…

Go to Walmart and get one of their smart phones. You pay for the phone, but for $45 dollars you get unlimited everything...talk, text, and data.

Have you seen the sugar free pickles made with splenda? I love the bread and butter ones. No calories! You can rinse them off to remove some of the sodium. I'm sure it won't get it all off.

If you are like me you have a food addiction. I have to treat it like a drug addiction. Have you tried OA? Using the 12 steps to approach any addiction is very helpful. It dissects your addiction and gets to the nuts and bolts of it, making you aware of many underlying issues. I hope this helps.

Its happened. Let it go. The past is the past. Get some healthy recipes and bake those. You don't have to bake unhealthy things. That is your choice. Change the way you bake so you can still enjoy it but eat healthy at the same time.

I eat the Thomas' flat everything bagels. I just scan the upc code with my phone app. Just use the average of a store bought one if the one you got is from a bakery.

I am a recovering addict. Whether it be drugs or alcohol, remember that addiction is a disease. It makes us say and do things we would never do if clean and sober. I was a hateful, mean, out of control person when I was still using. I was very verbally abusive and said and did many horrible things when I was using. Don't…

Do you have organic cow's milk available where you live? It doesn't have any hormones or antibiotics in it. You could try soy milk.

You clearly have a problem. I look at this post as an attempt to get attention. You clearly have a problem. Don't waste your time going to a gastrointerologist. Find someone who specializes in eating disorders. You look extremely skinny in your profile picture. You aren't the first young lady that has used the discussion…

Its my service dog, Sweetpea. I have had her for 8 years for anxiety and my diabetes (medical alert). For 13 years I was addicted to Xanax. I went to rehab and got clean. Now my Xanax has 4 legs and is hairy! She is my best friend.

I know they are way off on swimming. Way high!! It said something like 600 calories an hour for "leisurely" swimming for someone my size. I got a hrm that has a chest strap and can be worn in the pool. It said 250 calories for an hour. BIG difference!

WAY TOO LONG! THE ADD IN ME IS NOT CAPABLE OF READING LONGS POSTS LIKE THIS! I DON'T KNOW WHAT ALL WAS IN YOUR POST, BUT I DO KNOW THIS IS A SUBJECT THAT HAS BEEN BEAT TO DEATH AND APPROACHED FROM EVERY POSSIBLE ANGLE.

A heart rate monitor. I use a Polar FT4. That is the only way it will be accurate to your body specifically.

Dogs! I have a service dog. I don't like cats. They usually isolate. I need my pet to interact with me to help me with my disability. Also, I have never been around a litter box that didn't stink.

Google it.

If it makes you break out in a sweat and keeps your heart rate elevated for at least a half an hour then yes. The only way to truly know how many calories you burn is to get a hrm. I never go by MFP's figures. They are very inaccurate.

I would have hollered, "AN INCH. ONE INCH? I DIDN'T KNOW PENISES CAME IN THAT SIZE!!!"

I'm in recovery and something I have learned is that there are many things I am powerless over. If I can't do anything about an issue I just leave it alone. The only thing I can control is myself. I don't concern myself with things that I have no control over. Its a waste of time and energy. If people are posting fake pics…

Its really hard to help if we can't see your diary. Make it public so we can look over it. Are you watching your glycemic index, sodium, time of day that you eat, what kind of exercise are you doing? Its really hard to give any advice when I am in the dark as far as your food and exercise diaries.

You look awesome! Have you had to have any surgeries for excess skin removal?

Dreamfields is low carb, not no carb. Here is a link to their webpage. It has less than half of the carbs of regular pasta. http://www.dreamfieldsfoods.com/diabetes-diet.html

You are powerless over anyone else's diary but your own. Who made you the diet police? How others eat may bother you, but there is nothing you can do about it. Take the energy that you are spending worrying about what others eat and focus on yourself. I have learned in recovery the only person I have power over is myself.…

This was way too long and complicated you lost me after the first couple thousand words....

Add sodium to what shows up on your food diary. You will be surprised. Stay under 2500...and that is really too high. If you start to watch your sodium I bet it comes off.

I wouldn't just walk up to anyone and everyone at the gym and ask them to be "friends" and ask them if we can support each other. I would be drawn to those in the gym that have things in common with me. The same is true online. Most of my friends on here are close in age to me and share other similarities (such as being in…
