Just sitting on it while you watch TV strengthens your core. I can do push ups and crunches (all the way up) on the ball and I can't do them on the floor. It really helps me. I love mine! There are so many execises you can do with it.

When I wan't eating at least a portion of my exercise calories I stopped losing. As soon as I upped my calories so my net calorie count was 1200-1400 cals a day, my weight loss picked back up. If your net calorie count falls below 1200 calories a day your weight loss will more than likely slow down.

A lot of salad dressings. My favorite, Ken's Creamy Italian, has 180 calories in 3 TBS. I had to figure out how to make my own with plain non-fat Greek yogurt.

I have never had any luck preparing fish in the microwave. I use my conventional oven or my toaster oven which is equipped with a convection oven. When I have tried to prepare it in the microwave it always comes out chewy and rubbery.

I chew sugar free gum all the time. I chew it when I am preparing a meal so I am less tempted to "taste test" what I am cooking.
