  • Just did day 1 level 3. Oh.my.Word. Can I confess that I toppled over trying to balance in the plank row/leg lift? And the six pack thing-ha! Though I can certainly see more definition. My legs are on fire. Which is probably good because my legs/butt area are the hardest for me to firm. If I survive today...
  • Day 2 level 2 done. Everything hurts. Shoulders, butt, legs, abs. But I can see a touch of definition in my quads, so the butt beating is clearly doing something!
  • Day 1 of level 2. My shoulders are on fire-they will definitely be stronger by the end of this. I can definitely see some change in my stomach definition (in that I SEE some stomach muscle ::) Looking forward to keeping this up!
  • I think that depends on your boredom factor :) I would probably go nuts more than 10 days on one level. It is quite possible that by the end of 10 days you are going to be strong enough to do full or knee push ups as it is. Maybe decide once you are closer to the end of 10 days.
  • Day 3 today and it was tough. Everything burned. But..Jillian kindly reminded me that she had 400 pound people doing jumping jacks so I could do it too.
  • Can I join? I did day 1 yesterday because while I run, I need to build up some muscle tone and I haven't done much of anything in months :) Sad part? I only used 2lb weights because I have weak shoulders and need to build up to heavier and my arms and legs are ridiculously sore today!
