Costco has fantastic fresh Ahi. Marinate 1-2 hours in wasabi teriyaki marinade. BBQ on medium heat 5-7 minutes per side (until outside is cooked but center is pink) Serve with a sauce of soy sauce, pickled ginger, and wasabi. Best over a bed of rice!
