Thank you so much for this and may you receive only the most positive outcome.

LOL! I love the last two posts.

I freaked out at first too. I also had the calories set too low, so that didn't help. What is your limit?

I also work out only at home. I love Cathe Friedrich videos and some by Jari Love. Cathe Friedrich is by far the best, though, IMO, because she has so many serious strength training ones. Right now I'm trying to figure out when to purchase a squat rack because I've worked up in weight. Anyone can add me if they'd like. I…

If you want to work out but not go to the gym...I follow videos by Cathe Friedrich. She is awesome. Everything is explained well with proper form demonstrated... I started using body weight (squats, lunges) and some light weights (upper body) and just added more weight as I could. Jari Love also has good ones.

I like almond butter. It's expensive to buy, so I make my own to bring the cost down a little. I just buy blanched almonds and throw them in the food processor for about ten minutes. If it seems dry, I add a touch of coconut oil. A little honey is good sometimes too.

I somehow managed to come out at "0" one day, and it was red!

#1 I don't know how you are living on as little food every day as you are (500-700 calories some days???). #2 Most of what you eat is processed and full of sodium, which causes the body to majorly retain fluid. I always would say I was too tired after getting home from work or school then having to cook dinner, etc. I decided that I *have* to make the time, so…

A smoothie for breakfast or lunch that helps me to feel satisfied so that I don't eat a bunch of snack junk is: one banana one tablespoon peanut butter (or other nut butter - I also like almond) one cup milk (or almond milk...) one small handful spinach (you can't taste it, I swear) dash of cinnamon It also works great…

I am new on here. I eat around 1800 cals daily on days I exercise (which used to be 6 days a week but I can't do 1200 cals on sedentary days. No way!). I enjoy Cathe Friedrich workouts to increase strength and muscle so I can eat more. LOL
