I work full time outside of the home, 8:30-5pm Mon-Fri. When do you work out? I leave the house by 7:30 every day to get the boys to school, so either at 5:30 in the morning, or 7pm at night. What do you take to work? I drink a protein shake in the car on the way to school and work, I bring a Cliff or Kashi bar to eat with…

It's not an easy road at all, but you can so do this!! The first step is to clear all of the junk out of your cabinets and pantry. If you don't have it in the house to eat, you can't eat it! Go to the grocery store and by healthy foods. Fill your fridge with fruits and veggies to snack on. Fill your pantry with oatmeal,…

I slowly put on weight in my early 20's, and after I had my second child it spiraled out of control. I had an infant who didn't sleep well and I was working full time, so I turned to sweets to help me cope. My "baby" will be 4 this May, and I'm proud to say I'm about 1 lb away from losing 100 lbs since I had him.

The example I gave above is what I use for breakfast, as I add yogurt and fruit. It really depends on what you like, what your favorite fruits are etc. Just play around with different combinations until you find a winner!

Whey protein powder is good for you, and should be a part of your everyday diet. One of my favorite types of protein powder is by EAS. It mixes well and the taste is pleasant. I like to blend it with plain 0% greek yogurt (to add creaminess and extra protein) along with water and frozen fruit.

First of all, congrats on your weight loss! I know how hard the fight is, and struggled with the same thing from time to time. It's natural and part of the process unfortunatley. You have to dig up that determination, and keep pushing through. Remind yourself of how better you feel since you've lost over 20 lbs, and how…

I eat a high protein snack around 3pm and then eat dinner around 6pm. I normally stick to grilled fish or chicken, brown rice and veggies. Sometimes I will pop a piece of gum in my mouth when I get home and start cooking, b/c that keeps me from wanting to nibble on stuff. After dinner I stay busy with the kids and doing…

That's awesome. Congrats!

I prefer first thing in the morning. I normally lift weights in the morning, but I do better with cardio in the evenings. I don't think I'm awake enough or coordinated to handle that at 5am.

You look great! Way to go!

This is a great site for support! Feel free to add me. I lost a lot of weight and I know how much determination and willpower it takes. Keep your determination going and you will succeed!

Yay! You can do this!!

The disappointment in my son's eyes when I couldn't chase after him in the backyard, will forever be burned in my brain. From that day on I vowed to never see that again - and I haven't!
-
How exciting!!! Congrats!!

I started writing down my goals, taking progress pics and measurements. I'm big on visual motivation! It comes down to willpower and how bad you want it. Trust me, been there and still doing it! We all have those days when we eat that extra slice of pizza, or an extra cookie. Don't let that throw you off. Pick back up and…

Nice progress! I'm on my second round with Chalean Extreme/Turbo Fire hybrid and love it!

Thanks again everyone! Cherie, I always carry a 100 calorie pack of almonds with me. If I know I'm going to be out for awhile, I will pop a bag of 94% FF popcorn and portion it out in a ziploc. Sometimes I will even pack a lunch cooler to keep in the car with freezer packs. I boil a bunch of eggs and put 1-2 in ziplocs, so…
