I am doing a CLX and TF hybrid, for the third time! These programs are the best of both worlds, strength and cardio! I have lost over 90 lbs and completely changed my life, all by doing these programs. If I can answer any questions for you, please let me know!

Yes! Do it! I am on my third round of CLX. I do a hybrid of CLX and Turbo Fire. I also purchased the CLX Deluxe dvd's for more variety. The heavier you can go, the better! A clean diet, cardio and strength training will work wonders. While you can't spot reduce, I try to incorporate cardio/strength moves in the plank position (such as mountain climbers) to help strengthen my core.

I love lifting weights! I noticed the biggest change in my body after I started lifting heavier weights. I'm currently doing ChaLean Extreme and can't recommend it enough.

Turbo Fire is awesome. I have done the program for over a year now, and have yet to get tired of it. Each class has a "new to class" option that you can do, to go over the steps first. I lift heavy weights (low reps) 3x a week. Once a week I lift lighter weights with more reps for endurance.

I've used it! It is a pretty good program. They recommend doing 3 programs a day (30 min) for quicker results. Tony Horton is a great instructor!

I drink one every day and I love it! There is a new tropical strawberry flavor coming out next week that I 'm looking forward to trying. Within 2 weeks I felt an increase in my energy. It fills me up and I don't have as many cravings when I drink it. It's the healthiest meal of the day! :)

I had it and hated it. I could grab a handful of skin at the base of my neck and lift it up. It does go away!

You can do it! Incorporate strength training into your exercise routines every week. I lift weights 3-4 times a week and do cardio 2-3 times. I also like to incorporate cardio moves in the plank position (mountain climbers) to help with the abdominal area. Diet is key as well. Stick with it and you will get there!

Subway or Chick Fil A are my favorites. There are quite a few low calorie options out there now, but still very high in sodium!

First off, congrats on losing 30 lbs! I agree with the others, take pictures and record your measurements. I started out at 227 lbs and would take measurements and pictures every 30 days. You WILL notice a difference, trust me!

You definitley need more protein. Add greek yogurt to your breakfast or a protein shake, lean turkey or chicken at lunch.
