Anyone complete two rounds of Chalean Extreme?

I am headed into my last month of Chalean Extreme. I am debating if I should repeat the program right away. I love the fact that I can do it at home and the equipment is minimal. I was wondering if anyone had good or not-so-good results by doing two rounds in a row. I am also interested in nrol4w, but it would require getting to a gym. Any input is welcome.

I am curious about this too, this is my last week of the Lean Circuit, and I am thinking of just starting all over next week. I don't want to stop the weight training, as I am seeing inches lost, but no so much in pounds. Theoretically, I should be able to lift heavier the next round which would make it a 'new' program again. I'll be anxious to read what others respond to on this.0

My friend has done this (and has lost almost 100 pounds using Turbo Jam, CLX and Turbo Fire!!!), so I will try to point her in the direction of this thread. I am in the Lean for Life phase right now and will roll right into a CLX/Turbo hybrid. I don't want to give up the strength training and I really like that aspect of CLX, so I want to keep that but just add variety to the cardio with Turbo.0

Yes! Do it! I am on my third round of CLX. I do a hybrid of CLX and Turbo Fire. I also purchased the CLX Deluxe dvd's for more variety. The heavier you can go, the better!
As Jen stated above, I've lost just about 100 lbs using these programs. The first time I did CLX I used 5-15 lb weights. Now I'm using 10-35 lbs.
Strength training is so crucial to your workout routine. Don't give it up!
I have a FB group that is starting a 60 day challenge April 1st. Let me know if you'd like to join!0 -
I've been doing more cardio but decided I will add weight training into the mix. I have these DVD's and will be doing the weight training aspects of the program, phase 1 for the next month. Do you mostly do the weight lifting and other cardio or just do all of the CLX?0

I have been doing Chalean Extreme for the 3 months and I went straight to the Lean for life and I noticed that I gained. Maybe I will go and do the whole thing over. Are the Deluxe dvd's worth getting?? I love Turbo Jam but since a back injury can't take the impact. Also how do you log the weight training sessions??? Kinda confusing.0

I love my zumba, so I use that for my cardio. I don't have time to do more than one workout a day. I absolutely never miss a strength workout. I do really like the program, so I will probably just start over again, but with heavier weights.0

I will be curios to read the responses, my CLX will be arriving in thd mail today.0
