ok so i've lost 53 lbs i workout, i do strength training i eat well etc etc yet i've still got lots of abdominal fat, you know the one that hangs down and sits where the zipper of your trousers go?
yeah its horrible and it came from carrying my kids.
also saddle bags are terrible still it really does look like i have 2 sets of hips!
i was in my zumba class today AND my step class, and there's all shapes, sizes and ages there yet i'm looking and as far as i can see i'm the only girl there with these trouble zones.
i know you cant spot treat zones but still is there ANYTHING i can do to start seeing results here?
Its getting to the point where i feel like i'm gonna have to start wearing some of those slimming knickers to the gym!
help?

Congrats on your weight loss, that's fantastic!
I have had two babies and I know exactly what you're talking about. I still have loose, stretched out skin below my belly button, especially when I'm sitting down. I do strength training 3-4 times a week, and am lifting a lot heavier than I used too. I also like to incorporate cardio moves in the plank position (ie: mountain climbers) to help with my abs.
Hope this helps some!0 -
yes i do the mountain climbers (though they make me want to die!) and plank jacks thanks to jillian but i dont lift heavy weights yet, i'm trying to get there but i'm afraid to go down the "meathead" end of the gym!
edit: i would kill for a tummy like yours0
