You aren't weird at all. I run because in this busy world I never get any me time. This is the time for me to get ready for the day or decompress from the day, based on when I run. I consider it "me" time. :smile:

I got up at 4:30 am to go for a run. When I opened my front door to go outside, I saw that it was raining. Instead of going back into the house to crawl back into my bed, I got a raincoat!! I feel much better because I did run!!

I went to the site and was totally amazed at what I thought my body image was!! I was 22% smaller! I guess that is good. Reading through the other comments makes me believe that our own self image is severly misconstrued. Thanks for the link!! :smile:
