5'2.5 SW - 144 CW - 129 GW-120. Trying to keep going, but my weight loss is slowing down a bit.

I have a chocolate teacake or a chocolate mousse which are just over a 100 calories a piece.

I'm 5'3 and eat around 1200 a day, and eat back my exercise cals, I do Ck25k and am on Week 5.

I still have a long way to go, but I just run 4 times a week and monitor my intake, I've lost 7lbs in three weeks which seems right. I have another 14ish Ibs to lose before I hit my goal. What are your aims?

I'm 5'3 and my goal is 126 pounds, it;s going to be tricky as my natural fluctation appears to be around 136 - 140. I went up to a 147-150 recently and that has caused me to take this seriously. Once/if I get down to 126 and I feel I'm not done, I might push it a bit lower.

I have a banana and a rice cake an hour before working out, which seems to give me the right energy, and then have dinner as soon as I get in.

I know it's bad and don't drink more than a can or so a day, but I feel like drinking it psychologically helps me in the I'm being good and not drinking the drinks I usually would.

To be fair with you this isn't the worst cheat in the world, and tomorrow is another day, Just don't do it everyday sort of thing. Had a massive crack last night and had a cheeseburger, chips and cake, and I was gutted after I did it, but after I went for a run today it just felt like a slip up and a moment to just move on.
