Lactose intolerant here so I drink Coconut milk all the time. It's good.

I'm 38 and would love friends around my age. :) I just had my last baby and am ramping up to do a 5K and postnatal slimdown.

I use ground turkey and make my own, I prefer the taste doing it this way. I also swap out beef with turkey in all other meals (chili, meatloaf, etc...).

I've been using my Fitbit since July 2013. I was losing consistently when hitting at least 10k steps/day. Then I got pregnant  I had my 2nd daughter at the end of September 2014 and am just getting back into getting my steps in (started back with 5k/day, then increased to 7.5k/day, now back up to 10k/day) and am…

You can create your own entries and log it based on the time and calories Fitness Blender provides, or if you have a HRM, you can log a more accurate calorie count.

I drink on average around 80 oz a day because I find I do feel better when I do this. Some days it's less, depending on my body and how I feel.

I've only gained 4 lbs, which my doctor (and I) think is great. This is my 2nd pregnancy and I'm still lighter than I was with my first pregnancy.

Looking great! Way to go!

I bought one on Amazon for like $20, it works fine and it's the only scale I use (other than the dr's of course).

Netflix and/or a good music playlist.

Yes, I have 3 and plan one more once baby 2 arrives (will be both names and dates for our children). My husband does not have any but I do find them sexy on a man.

CT will be what you make of it, tbh. If you think it boring, it will be. You need to make it not boring. You'll have your friends here, depending on where in CT, there are still things to do (clubbing, sports, etc...) if you choose to. I live in CT and love it here, granted I'm a native Rhode Islander, so I've been in this…

I would recommend setting small goals first, like 170lbs, then 160lbs, etc... and see how it goes.

I've had the Flex since July 2013. Love it and the wrist band is pretty solid. I love that it syncs to MFP.

I log everything in the morning (workdays). It just makes it easier for me.

You look amazing. What a great feat!

I'd keep your calories at the 1300, since you stated that you are exercising 30-60 min/5x a week, it could just be muscle gain. Could it be close to that time of the month? Don't let it get you down, some weeks you will be down a lb, the next you will be up a lb.

I logged everything and ended up 14 calories under my daily goal. :)

Depends on my mood but I'd say 95% of the time I eat the whole egg, not just the whites.

Moderation is key! Drink one 12 oz a day if it helps you get through. I cut soda all together for almost two years but really love my Coke Zero! It helps when my stomach is upset or when I really just crave a soda.

I used to eat the Chobani but since they use GMOs, I don't anymore. I tried the Fage, I didn't like it. I've been trying a few of the Yoplait 100 Calorie Greek ones and so far so good.

I bought a 32oz Rubbermaid bottle. I drink 2-3 of these a day (typically 3). At first, I felt like I was in the bathroom all the time but your body adjusts. I also keep it easily accessible and in my line of vision almost all day so I don't forget.

Try the couch to 5k plan. I hate running but was doing great with the plan. If you have a smartphone, there is an app that will do an audible queue when it's time to start/stop running. It starts off slow and you can always repeat a day/week.

Amazing! I am so happy for you that you turned this into something positive instead of dwelling on it. You rock and are so inspiring!

I plan to have a hamburger or two, buns included! I just won't overdo it with sides. I'm hoping it won't be too super hot and I can get some walks in with my hubby, 3yo daughter and dogs. It's tough because I'm 6 months pregnant and so exhausted!
