I can't remember if I posted mine...here it is

I too have Crohn's disease and find it hard to get the nutrients I need daily. I also find that foods that are "supposed to" bother my Crohn's actually don't and vice versa...a very frustrating disease.

The other option is, if you have a HRM, wear that for a class to get an estimate of calories burned.

I had a Flex for 2 years that wouldn't charge anymore. I now have the Charge HR and love it! Wish the battery life was a little better but I just turn off the HR when I'm not working out and it helps. Feel free to add me.

Thank you for this! I will post when I get home.

Lifestyle change...I've changed my mindset of what foods to eat and to exercise regularly. No more diets!

Can I get in too?

I love their videos and use at least one a day, 5-6 x/week. I use their programs and it helps keep me on track.

I'm doing it for my daughters (almost 4 years old and 10 months old). I want to be around for them and be able to play with them. Already, my 4 year old wants to "exercise" with me and she stretches with her dad.

You can do this! You just have to have the right mindset and tools (MFP is a great tool). I'm looking to lose about 40 lbs right now. Feel free to add me if you would like. Check out FitnessBlender.com (free workout videos), they are who I use for my workouts. :)

I love my FitBit Flex, after 2 years the battery doesn't hold a great charge anymore and I have to plug it in 2-3 times a week. I did come across another tracker that, for only $30, I picked up. I'm waiting for it to arrive now but my sister in law loves it (she got one too). If the new one isn't great, I plan to return it…

C25K for sure. I'm on week 4 now. I stretch before and after, run/walk 3x/week using C25K, do strength training 3x/week, 1 day for rest.

Home and outside. I find I push myself harder at home because I'm not afraid to look like an idiot doing it! :)

I would try to involve my 3 yo in my nightly exercise, then my husband changed to night shift at work and I lost that time. I asked daycare about dropping both my girls off 1 hour earlier in the morning so I could workout before work, it was only $8/week more. So, now I exercise for 30-40 minutes in the morning. I do feel…
