Hey everyone!
I am pretty new to MFP and I am looking to lose around 23 pounds and being my body fat right down. I am currently incorporating weight training and HIIT cardio twice a week. If anyone is on a similar journey, feel free to add me! Or simply comment below and I'll add you:)

    I'm not as New but feel free to add. I've lost about 20lbs since May. Want to loose about 40 more. I'm doing the c25k training and doing Jillian Michaels 30 day shred. Good luck!

    I do cardio 3x/week and strength training 3x/week right now. I'm 9 months post partum and looking to lose additional weight (I've already lost the baby weight). I use FitnessBlender.com for my workouts. Feel free to add me.
