  • I would love to join. I had a baby 9 weeks ago and have lost about 21 pounds so far, but have about 40 more pounds to go. I have been doing really well with my eating, but it's getting harder and harder to find the energy to do my daily workouts. I'm doing insanity right now.

  • It was doing the same thing to me after the update!! But when I went to the settings on the app on my phone it turned out i just had to log back in and now it syncs great.

  • There are different opinions on this. One website I found states that you should drink 2/3 of your body weight in ounces and also add on water for activity.
