  • Maybe if you start by swapping out the chips for some fruit - or even popcorn? I struggle with self-discipline, but I also know that in the end it's all about what I do or don't do and the choices I make. It sucks, but there it is.
  • Definitely my weak spot. Well ... honestly right now it's all my weak spot - but historically, I do the bulk of my eating at night. I've been known to get out of bed at 3 a.m. to eat peanut butter. I try to keep good stuff in the house and easy to grab - fruit, rice cakes, popcorn ... and I try really hard to keep the crap…
