Hi. Thanks so much for your reply. I would actually like to get into road cycling eventually but currently don't own a bike and I'm a little nervous of doing it before I'm in really good shape. I'm scared of riding somewhere and not having the energy to get back lol

Yes, I have access to a gym as well as an indoor cycling bike at home. So I do both but can't always get to the gym. So I'm hoping on at least making it to the gym for all three days of strength training and hopefully a spin class or two, and then using my bike at home for the remainder. I don't run because it hurts lol…
