  • I had this last year, still get it at times, my physiology told me to roll a golf ball under my foot which stretches the tendons. No jumping or extreme pressure for months is the best cure, but boring and unrealistic when keeping fit! Justo be patient, easier said than done!
  • Body attack is one of my favs too, but I also mix up my regime with spinning, this is also (or can be) another massive calorie burner, also very good to cross train. Spinning (RPM) is also really good at toning the legs.
  • I'm sorry, but that is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard, no one should be using free weights dueing body attack. Are you sure your instructor is certified? Les Mills would strike them off for that!
