NHuk I just checked your pictures and you look great. Congratulations! You look like you lost a lot more than 7 lbs. I am in month 1 day 2 and your pictures are motivation for me to keep pressing through to the 60 days. I needed to see real people with real results who completed Insanity. Thank you for sharing!

I am on day 2 I could use support as well...you can add me. Burned 602 calories today great motivation for me but it wasn't easy. I really hope I see significant results by day 60.

I am in month 1 day 2 of insanity and the first day I burned 587 calories and day 2 (today) I burned 602 calories. I am not sure 1200 calories in an insanity workout is possible unless you never stop moving.
