You guys are so inspiring! Today I didn't eat the muffins offered during our planning day, and stayed in my classroom until my electronics were set up, even though I thought "I'm too weak, I have to go home and eat." Slow and steady wins the race! Size 16s give me the plumber effect--slide right off my butt. I'm now in…

I do a scoop of chocolate protein powder, a TB of cocoa, a frozen half banana, and unsweetened chocolate almond milk. A few ice cubes, blend well. Chocolatey and filling.

Thanks for the ravioli info! I had Trader Joes Chicken and Jalapeño sausage sautéed with a bag of mixed greens. Delicious and healthy. Greek yogurt and honey for dessert. Frozen strawberry diet soda popsicle.

I post on: what's for breakfast? What's for lunch? What's for dinner?? Those sites accept pix for some reason... You might…

ahhh, wasn't the reflux punishment enough? I go over occasionally, and yes, there are foods that if I'm weak I'll eat and eat, but I'm trying to lose the 'deprive myself' mindset. The yo-yoing back and forth in attitude that comes with it is all too familiar to me, and never worked long term anyway. Look at the 'before and…

I have tears in my eyes reading these stats and looking at your pix!!! YOU GUYS ROCK!! YOU DID WHAT OTHERS THINK THEY CAN'T DO. YOU DESERVE YOUR OWN TV SHOW!!! OMG I am totally pumped now. I've lost 10, 40 to go. After seeing your pics I know it's doable. Thank you!

@Greek yogurt=drizzle honey, add nuts or granola or applesauce or berries, or cut up strawberries on it. Lots of protein!

@black beans=black bean chili--google for recipes. @jasmine rice=chicken and rice in crockpot; stir-fried veggies with rice; rice pudding; a great side dish with anything! Put some black bean chili on that rice!
