I didn't do the shred yesterday, I went to a friends bbq & ended up staying over. So today was my day 8 level 1, 0 breaks. I actually found it easier after having a rest day yesterday, I had been putting it off all day as I have a hangover & got badly sunburnt yesterday.

1240 calories burned today. This was my 1st day using a polar HRM, I did the same routine I usually do at the gym which according to the machines I usually burn between 500-600, but my HRM put it at 1000 (burnt the other 240 doing 30 day shred).

I dont really feel like mine have gotten smaller but they have according to the tape measure!! 1" off each leg, 1" from my chest, 2" from my hips, cant wait to see the results after 30 days.

D6L1 done 0 breaks. I found it harder yesterday & today, then I realized I have moved onto the advanced moves without really noticing!! My HRM also arrived this morning, so I got straight into the dvd today & burnt 240 calories. 4 days till level 2........exciting!!

D4L1 done 0 breaks (I finally completed the bicycle sit ups) I also just updated my measurements on this site & was amazed to see that I have lost 2" from my hips already.

D3L1 done 1 break (bicycle crunches again!!!!) Done the dvd right after an hour of cardio/weights at the gym. Roll on day 4.

Just finished Day 2 level 1, only took 1 break (bicycle sit ups at the end kill me) same as yesterday. I really ached this morning!!

I lift between 60 to 80 depending on the machine, not sure if thats lb or kg? will check when i'm at the gym tonight. I do 2 sets of 15 reps, on around 15-20 machines, which cover pretty much my whole body. I go with 3 other girls & they are lifting around 30 max, but I find the weight i'm lifting fine (starts to hurt on…
