I have stayed the same this week, so a total loss of 7lb for me. I have been working pretty hard at the gym & I normally dont lose until i've had a rest day. My rest day is tomorrow, so i'll post on wednesday & hopefully have a loss to report. Well done everyone.

I've just broke through a 3 week plateau, the only things I changed was eating back most of my exercise calories & drinking at least 2 litres of water. What have you been doing at the moment?

I hope so! When I done weight watchers about 4 years ago I got to within 14lbs of reaching my target, but still felt I looked fat. I joind mfp a while ago, but only really started 2 months ago. The 1st month I lost 14lbs by eating 1200 cals & not eating back my exercise cals (600 4-5 times a week), then i hit a 3 week plateau. I got my running shoes when I joined the gym so there only 3 months old. What should I be doing now that the pain is back?? I really don't want to stop running when i'm starting to enjoy it. Thanks for all the replies.

Im so disappointed I've stayed the same again, for the 2nd week in a row. I have been sticking to 1200 calories & burning 500-600 calories 5 days a week, the only thing I can put it down to is not eating my exercise calories!! So from today I will be eating them back & see how that goes, do you recommend eating all of them…

I lost 7 pounds my 1st week, nothing the 2nd, 4 pounds my 3rd week & nothing this week. strange how bodys work, lol.

Im going to give today a miss, been laying flooring & skirting boards from 8.30am till 7.30pm (wonder how many calories that would have burnt??). I think if I attempt to do it tonight I wont be putting in 100% so i'll leave it till the morning.

Im in, although I would like to have achieved at least 30-40 by october 8th as were off to dineyland!!! SW: 189 CW: 178 I will weigh in on the 1st of every month & hopefully will weigh 138-148 by October. (I took pictures & measurments, which I will post when I reach my goal)
