Its motivated me after being away for 5 days and no tracking at all
Well holiday is over so i will focus now and will give you an official weigh in on my new scales on tuesday
i bought new scales after dropping my old ones the other week...think i need to take the new ones out the box

Congrats MCC!!! That's awesome! MFP should add a "pregnant" setting to help manage nutrition during pregnancy.
As for me, I'm down 2 lbs this week to 240! Halfway to my first goal...WooHoo!!!!

So, I took a week off. I am calling it a stress relief. I don't think it was much of a stress relief but I'm back and didn't do too much damage.

HONESTLY???? I have seen significant clothing changes but not scale! I know I had a couple of crappy days but come on! I am going to stop eating my walking calories and only eat additional exercise calories from now on and see if that helps!0 -

I have found a few pregnancy topics on forum...most people go to maintenence for first 3 months then add 200-300 for next 3 months
I havent had sickness but i am starving every 2 hrs....like famished....think i'd cope better if i didnt have a stinking cold

I've virtually stayed the same, I think I need to concentrate on my diet more and might try eating just half of my exercise calories as I have gone over on some days.
Today's the start of the new week so hopefully next time I'll see more promising results.0
