    Turning it up this week with Zumba! My goal last week was 4,000 calories and I crushed that looking for 4,500 this week!

    Just ordered my Polar FT4 HRM! So excited :bigsmile:

    That's an awesome buy! You won't regret it!

    I've only had it for not even 24 hours and it has been such great motivation. When I am working out and see my heart rate isn't where I need it to be it makes me push harder! And to watch the calories burned tick away is AWESOME!!! TOTALLY worth the money! :)

    5807 Calories burned so far. Only 19,193 to go lol. No changes in my weight yet but I had visitors for a few days and I wasn't very good about my calorie intake. This week will be a different story! I'm pumped and ready to burn some more!

    Week 1: May 31 - June 6 = 4873

    I'd really like to be able to hit 15 500 by Sunday. Which would mean for the remaining three weeks ... 5166 calories/week. AAH! :)

    7241 down. About 800 from where I should be but I'm feeling great about it! My new HRM is keeping me motivated and in my target HR as much as possible! Gonna knock out another thousand or so tomorrow so I will slowly make up for lost time :)

    Great job everyone!!! At the rate I'm going, I need to average about 790 per day from tomorrow on.. with Zumba, the gym and 30 Day Shred, it's way possible :D

    I'm pumped! Only 10 days in to this challenge and I've already lost 2 pounds! Actually both of those came of \f in the last 6 days since I started using my HRM but this challenge is soooo motivating! I WILL hit 25000 by June 30th :happy:

    I wanted to be at 15 500 by today but alas, I'm short. Going to have to bust my butt for the next 18 days... almost 1000 calories/day!! Eeek! Good thing I have a half marathon next weekend, that will be good for a solid 2000 calories :)
