Sorry for the late check in...totally forgot to post this over the weekend. Spent a big chunk of the weekend pedeling-about 50 miles a day so that burned a big chunk of my calories for the week. S

I totally failed this one. I have been doing my best but between being gone many weekends and lack of motivation a few days I am only at 8838 burned from start until today. I'm not beating myself up tho cuz i've lost a few lbs and inches and it's better than zero!0
