    I wasn't sure what weight to write today as I have weighed 170 for the past 3 days. But I hit the gym hard yesterday & I've gained 2lb, so I'm guessing I'm holding water.
    If I'm back to 170 tomorrow I'll edit my sw.

    So another month begins and this month I really feel like there is a change of me getting the 10 lbs altough if I do I will then only be 10 lbs off my goal weight so it could get tough at the end of the month... I am going to continue the 30DS which is really working for me.
