Shed 50lbs by Nov. 30th (Roughly 6 Months)

So... does anybody wanna take on this challenge with me?? It's a big goal but it's healthy goal and we can do it. It is highly recommend to lose weight through diet AND exercise.. but if it comes off easy with diet alone then go for it! :) I think we should take before and after pics as well, and post them when we reach the deadline.

    I'm a really slow loser so I'm going to pass, but good luck with that! My own goals are to be 200 by September first and 180 by Christmas, then 160 by next September.

    Im in, although I would like to have achieved at least 30-40 by october 8th as were off to dineyland!!!
