    My weight has been fluctuating all month, and is up again - courtesy of mother nature. :grumble: :explode:

    I will post once more on Sept. 1 to see if it comes down again. I would like to do this challenge again in September - I'll be able to concentrate more on my exercise and diet than I could in August, and hopefully the scale will start moving in the RIGHT direction :smile:

    1.5lbs off for me this time. Not as much as I would like but in all honesty I haven't worked really hard but its steadily going down which is good. Next month I have new goals which should see better results.

    SW - 239.2 lbs (Monday August 1)

    I have stayed the same this week, so a total loss of 7lb for me. I have been working pretty hard at the gym & I normally dont lose until i've had a rest day. My rest day is tomorrow, so i'll post on wednesday & hopefully have a loss to report.
