    Hello :) I am reluctant to post my weight changes... but I won't back down from a challenge, so here goes:

    SW - 246.5 lbs (Monday August 1)
    Week 1 - 249 lbs (Monday August 8)

    I started the 30DS on Aug 1, did 4 days, and gained 3 lbs by the start of day 5. I was not happy! I was also out of town this past weekend, so I am back to the 30DS again today. Hopefully everyone is having a better week! :)
