MFP figures a deficit for you. You should be eating 1200 net calories/day.

You have to give it time. It took longer than a month to put the weight on and it is even harder to get it to come off. You just have to continue to make the right choices and remember why you started this journey. It will happen.......

I haven't gone back to the chiro since my last visit put me in the hospital. I have lower back/hip problems and I went a couple years ago because I was having pain. Have been in the same boat as you. It was the hardest thing I have ever experienced in my life. I was an emotional wreck. I say, let yourself grieve. It is natural and necessary. Know that you are not the cause, you are not responsible......just remember you do still have to take care of yourself and get some…

I am in the same line of work you are, and I put myself at lightly active. You are up and down, caring for the kiddos, making them lunch, changing their butts.....yeah, the list goes on!! If you have it set at sedentary, you should be logging all the stuff you do during the day to get credit for it. My advice.....I would…

I am 5'10" and started at 210. I am down now to 175! I haven't been below 185 in 10 years. You can do this. I started out by doing an hour of walking every weekday and watching portions. Didn't find MFP until 5months in, but think I would be further if I had found this sooner. Just use your self-control and don't expect it…

Do tell  You look FABULOUS!!

cute

Depends on what you have your activity level at on your settings. If you have chosen the very active setting, you are getting credit for all that walking already.
