I have had issues for years. Regardless of diet. The thing that I have found to work (doctor recommended as well) is Probiotics.

Sounds like me! I always burn WAY more than the other people that I workout with. I burn 300+ doing 30DS for 30 mins. In 45 minutes of Zumba, I will burn 500-650. My heart rate is high the whole time I workout. I am 5'9", 160lbs.

Today, after reaching 50lbs lost, I feel like a 10!!

I'm 5'9" and started at 210lbs in a tight 16. I am almost to 50lbs lost and am wearing a size 10. Nearly an 8.

I actually have recruited several to the site when they see my results. Some people really do want to do this right, just don't know how until they run into the right person.

He is unsupportive, but loves the changes that my body has made. His being so negative only feeds into me wanting it that much more, so he is a help in that sense. Just wish he would join in!
