When I got them, it had a lot to do with where I was walking/running. The streets in my town were not a good idea. As soon as we had to move inside for the weather, they went away. Now when it gets back nice out, we plan on going to the track. I had to ice them too. It burned to even walk......I feel for you!!!

Don't be discouraged. Like you said, it will take time. It takes time to put it on, and it takes just as much time and lots more effort to take it off. I met my boyfriend of 4 years at the local bar. I had been waiting on my divorce papers, and was not looking to find ANYONE., I went in to have a birthday drink and stayed up with him all night. We talked for a few days and have been together practically every day since.

If you are bruising easily, you could be anemic. You may want to take a once a day vitamin or go have yourself checked out. Good job on sticking with the work!! I lost 25 lbs before I had to get smaller pants, so don't be discouraged.

If you had the long legs, you would wish for a longer torso :) I am 5' 10" and have nothing but legs, so all the weight in my torso is stuck in one spot. Making my midsection look bigger than the rest of my body. I would love to trade a little leg for a little torso :wink:

My HRM showed my heart rate at 182 yesterday when I ran for a couple minutes. I stayed over 160 for several minutes.

The only thing I try to worry about doing is eating a net of 1200/daily. I don't usually eat back all of my exercise cals, and will sometimes throw in a high calorie reward if I have lots to waste and I'm not very hungry.

Absolutely normal!! Happens to me too. I really hate that TOM but it's gonna come whether we like it or not. Just keep in mind that it is that "time" and don't let it keep you from going after that goal!!

I was always told you can do whatever your body is used to while you are pregnant. I wouldn't start training for a marathon after finding out, but there is no harm in taking care of yourself. I have had friends that ran and maintained their normal routines while prego, it is completely fine. Congrats on the baby :)
