Feel free to add me!! I'm not divorced but I am a full-time working Mom of two boys. Energetic 6-year old and 1-year old. I'm a secretary so I sit a lot, plus live in a rural area so travel for daycare is tough too. But so far I have found something that works and hope it will for you too!!!

I DID THE FIRST DAY!!! I nailed it, and even had to jog uphill (I live/work in a rural setting). Personally, I stay away from diet drinks! The aspartame in them messes with your metabolism and also is the reason for many people getting the severe headaches among many other health conditions.
