  • Right now my Macros are set to Carbs 20% , Protein 45% and Fat 35%. I'm hoping this works out, I always feel like nothing is working for me.

  • Yeah, went to the Doctor yesterday and he told me to take this week off, and possible next week and not to over exert my muscle.

  • I will add you! I gained all my weight due to a health issue when I was 18. I gained about 60lbs and have been struggling since with the last 40lbs for 5 years. I'll either go up to 60lb weight gain, or I stay at the 40lbs left. It's weird, this time I am determind! You're at the right place! We're all in this together!
  • Your best bet is to get a Heart rate Monitor! That is what I have, and it tells me how many Calories I burn. It's the chest strap!
  • You should get a HRM! That is what I have. So that won't be too hard.

  • I've been teeter tottering 188-192 for about month now! Ugh. I can't seem to lose, or when I get down to 188, I cant seem to keep it there too. I work out 4-5 times a week. Currently, I do Zumba Rush Dvd and Jillian Michaels 30 day shred. Currently looking into T25.
