But Quinoa is super healthy for you.... Use this in place of rice or potatoes and your getting a lot more nutrients for your calories.

but the smaller size. by the time you really need to be wearing a sweater, it will fit. its all about determination!

heavy weight, less reps. you wont get bulky by lifting heavy unless you take supplements.... lifting heavy will help lean you out while keeping your LBM.

I'm pretty sure she is smart enough to go the doctor... she's not asking for medical advice, shes looking for buddies in the same situation. you can definitely eat healthy and workout while pregnant. I hope you are able to find some buddies! Congrats by the way, good luck with everything.

avocado, peanut butter, beef jerky, etc.... adding things things will add calories but are still really good for you versus the mayo you are currently adding. also cooking with olive/coconut oil will help and be healthy as well.

IMO, if you are looking for healthier brownie options, you shouldnt use the box stuff at all. make them from scratch. you will get much better macros if you just skip using the box and use your own ingredients.
