we frequent a lot of places like this... i create recipes for just about everything when it comes to this issue... and i estimate high as well. like if im getting a wrap, i pick a higher cal wrap versus a low cal wrap because id rather over estimate then under estimate when it comes to food.

you dont need a scale...you need a measuring tape and a mirror! however, if you really want a scale- just go to target and buy a digital floor scale. they are about $25

according to my calculations - i put your info into the TDEE calculator at http://thefitgirls.com/home, you should customize your settings to 1620 calories a day.

I find that if i eat carbs (potatoes, rice, pasta, etc) for dinner, im much more bloated then if i dont eat them. so i have tried to stop eating that for dinner so much. maybe thats what it is.

this is so inspirational... when i tell people i dont do cardio and only weight train they look at me like im crazy... but i hate cardio, so i dont waste my time knowing i wont put my all into it.

there is a reason the weight came back once you stopped using Isagenix ... desperate times do not call for desperate measures, and why is a vacation a desperate time? Eat to live not live to eat, exercise a little, and go enjoy your vacation. 10 lbs will not make your vacation miserable.

ok so even at a sedentary lifestyle (no exercise at all) you should be eating at least 1500 calories. so thats first. secondly, you definitely need to purchase a food scale- looking at your food diary, im almost positive you are eating way more than you think you are- even well over 1500... and your sodium is really high.…

ok, what are your stats? height weight age? your definitely not eating enough, but your stats will help us tell you what you should be eating.

I do stronglifts 5x5, and I find that the app for my phone works great. i log what im doing during resting periods.

I did some calculations and your BMR is 2465.... your TDEE is 2958... you should be eating between 2366 and 2465 for weight loss. good luck to you!

i still prefer to drink whole vitamin d milk if im drinking a glass of milk... but i use silk coconut milk for my cereal/oatmeal/smoothies, etc.
