I love a yogurt parfait. Its a little high in sugar but I just try to limit my sugar the rest the day. I mix vanilla yogurt with cut up strawberries & blueberries (or whatever fruit you have on hand or like, ex: bananas, kiwi, grapes - all good) and then sprinkle a little bit of granola on top. So delicious!
