Yeah you are doing really well! Your eating is good, but if you want to eat more calories, I agree with the first lady, just try snacking more often. I eat breakfast, 3 hours later have a snack, 3 hours later lunch, 3 later snack, and 3 hrs later dinner. It seems to work well for me. Also maybe try using some weights or…
