New here, not new to 50. I will be 55 next month. I have been terribly sick with undiagnosed then finally diagnosed hypothyroidism. I was wondering when I saw folks recommending protein powder which one might be a good one. I like the fact this bodylogix doesn't have artificial sugar, that is a bad trigger for me. Thanks everyone for your help.
