30DS is tough. If you really want to push yourself to do your best and lose the weight, then 30DS is a good choice, no matter what your weight is.

I can't see your diary, so maybe you already do this, but what about having a glass of milk with meals? That would give you up to 400 calories and be a great source of protein.

I really like Carnation Instant Breakfast powders with milk. It's a good source of protein, especially with the milk. Had to re-take orgo 2, so it kinda got drilled into my head, but that was a few years ago and has probably been replaced by other slightly more useful knowledge. But maybe I remember enough to help.

I have the "bronze" women's size. It's really more gold than bronze and quite pretty. I really didn't car what color it was anyway, since it's not like I'm wearing it all day. To echo others, make sure you get enough protein. I love fat free Greek yogurt (I buy Chonbani) with cut up fruits. Lots of protein and a little bit of natural sugar to pep me up.

I don't think you're obsessed. Some people (like everyone here) need to keep track of their food in order to lose weight, rather than just "eating healthy and exercising". I kinda got the same reaction from some friends my first go at calorie-counting to lose weight, and I just learned to not talk about it unless people…

A few things: Most of the wight is probably water and won't stick around long. Get the junk out of your house - if it's not there then you can't eat it. You can get back on this horse! Don't give up. You have the tools to lose weight; just do it. I know you can!
